4 · What you accept Candidate Certification Agreement Form F 02-06 · Rev. 01 · 2026-10-20
Read in full and accepted electronically on the portal before the application is reviewed.
Parties and purpose This agreement is made between Pioneers of Quality Systems and Certifications Company (“the Body”), a personnel certification body, and the applicant named in the application (“the Candidate”). It sets the terms on which the Body assesses the Candidate and, where every requirement is met, grants and maintains the certification applied for. The certification applied for The grade, the standard with its edition, and the certification scheme are those shown in the application and on the examination record. The scope granted is never wider than what the Body's accreditation covers on the date of the decision. What the Body provides A review of the application against the scheme's prerequisites, and a written eligibility decision. An examination in two parts, oral and written, held at the Body's centre or remotely under invigilation. Marking by examiners the Body has approved for the scheme and the standard. A certification decision by a person who did not train, examine or mark the Candidate. If certification is granted: the certificate, an entry in the public register, and a verification page reached from the QR code on the certificate. Surveillance of the certificate while it is valid, and the recertification process before it expires. What the Candidate undertakes To give true and complete information and authentic documents, and to tell the Body promptly of any change that affects the certification. To meet the scheme's requirements, the Code of Conduct and the Examination Instructions, which form part of this agreement. To attend the examination at the time arranged, or to reschedule it as clause 7 allows. To keep the content of the examination confidential, during it and after it. To use the certificate only as clause 9 permits. Fees The fees are those on the invoice issued through the portal for this application. The examination is released only after payment is confirmed. They cover the application review, one sitting of each part of the examination, the certification decision and the certificate. A retake, a replacement certificate and recertification are charged as listed in the Body's published fees. If the application is found ineligible before the examination is released, the fees are refunded less an administration charge of 10%. Once the examination has been released nothing is refunded, unless the Body cancels it. The examination The written part comes first; the oral part follows on the same link once the written part is handed in. Each part must be passed on its own; a high mark in one part does not make up for the other. Each paper is drawn from the Body's question bank, and differs from any paper the Candidate has sat before. The pass mark of each part is set by the Body for the scheme and stated in the Examination Instructions. The whole session is recorded, as clause 11 describes. Rescheduling, absence and retakes The examination may be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before it starts. A later change or an absence uses the sitting, unless the Body accepts a documented emergency. The examination that is failed may be retaken no earlier than 14 days and no later than 12 months after the first sitting, on a new paper. Only the failed examination is retaken. After two retakes of the examination, a new application is required. Decision, validity and maintenance The decision is taken by an independent person and given to the Candidate in writing, with the reasons if certification is refused. Where the audit experience the grade requires is not yet complete at the examination, the pass is recorded and the accredited certificate is issued once the experience is completed and verified, within no more than three years of the examination date. After that the pass lapses. The certificate is valid for 3 years from the decision. It is maintained by submitting the audit log on the portal each year and keeping a record of continuing professional development of at least 16 hours in each three-year cycle. The Candidate undertakes that, to keep the certificate in force, they will submit their annual audit log and upload it to the Body's portal every year. A certificate whose audit log is not submitted on time may be suspended. Recertification is applied for before expiry, with evidence of continued auditing and professional development. Use of the certificate and marks The certificate remains the property of the Body. The holder may state that they are certified only for the grade, standard and scope granted, and only while the certificate is valid. The holder may not use the Body's logo or any accreditation mark, and may not alter the certificate in any way. On suspension or withdrawal, every claim to the certification stops at once and copies of the certificate are returned or destroyed. The public register shows the current status at all times. Suspension and withdrawal The Body may suspend or withdraw certification for false information, cheating, a breach of the Code of Conduct, failure to maintain the certificate, misuse of it, or unpaid fees. Except in a case of fraud, the holder is told the reason in writing and given 14 days to respond before a withdrawal takes effect. Recording, personal data and confidentiality The Body processes the Candidate's personal data only for certification, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Documents are stored encrypted and opened only by people whose role needs them. The Candidate consents to the examination being recorded on camera, microphone and screen. Recordings are used only for marking, appeals and accreditation assessment, and are kept for one full certification cycle. Nothing about the Candidate is disclosed without their written consent, except the public register entry they agreed to, what the law requires, and the review of the file by accreditation assessors, who are themselves bound to confidentiality. Appeals and complaints The Candidate may appeal an eligibility decision, an examination result, a certification decision or a suspension within 30 days, through the portal. An appeal is decided by people not involved in the original decision. It is acknowledged within 5 working days and decided within 30 days, and making it never counts against the Candidate. A complaint about the Body's service is made through the portal and followed to a written conclusion. Impartiality No decision depends on where the Candidate trained. Training with the Body is never a condition of certification. The Candidate declares any personal, family or work relationship with an examiner, so that another examiner is assigned. Acceptance, term and law This agreement is accepted electronically on the portal, which records the time; electronic acceptance has the effect of a handwritten signature under the Electronic Transactions Law. It stays in force while the application is open and while the certificate is valid; the clauses on confidentiality and on use of the certificate continue after it ends. It is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A dispute not settled through the appeals process goes to the competent courts in Riyadh. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. If the two languages differ, the Arabic text governs. Code of Conduct Form F 02-02 · Rev. 01 · 2026-10-20
Accepted on the portal before the examination opens, and again when the certificate is issued.
As a candidate, I will Give only true information about my education, experience, training and audits. Sit the examination myself, without help from any person, note, device or software that is not allowed. Never copy, photograph, record, reconstruct or share any question, in any form, during the examination or after it. Follow the invigilator's directions and the Examination Instructions. Make no attempt to influence an examiner, a marker or the person who decides. Declare any relationship I have with an examiner before the examination. As a certified person, I will Act impartially and honestly, with integrity, towards every auditee and every employer. Accept only assignments my training and experience make me competent for. Avoid conflicts of interest, and where one cannot be avoided, disclose it to every party before the work begins. Never offer, accept or arrange a bribe or any improper benefit, directly or through anyone else. Keep confidential what I learn in the course of an audit. Claim certification only for the grade, standard and scope granted and only while it is valid, never in a misleading way, and never so as to discredit the Body or the scheme. Keep my audit log and development record true, submit my annual audit log and upload it to the Body's portal every year to keep my certificate in force, and submit either whenever the Body asks. Tell the Body of any complaint about my conduct as an auditor, and of any legal proceedings that bear on it. Stop every claim to the certification at once if it is suspended or withdrawn. If the code is broken A candidate's breach voids the examination, and no new application is accepted for 12 months from its date. A certified person's breach leads to suspension or withdrawal, as the agreement provides. Bribery or fraud leads to withdrawal, and no new application is accepted for 3 years. Sent with the examination link, and accepted on screen before the first question.
Before the day Use a computer, not a phone or tablet, with a webcam, microphone and speakers, one screen only, and the latest Chrome or Edge. Run the system check from the link in your email at least one day before. Prepare a quiet, well-lit, private room where no one else will be present. Have ready the original identity document you applied with: national ID, iqama or passport. If you need a special arrangement, ask for it with your application; it is granted where it does not affect the fairness of the examination. Starting Open the link in your email at the scheduled time. The invigilator joins you. Show your identity document to the camera, then turn the camera slowly round the room, the desk and under it. The desk holds only what is allowed: a clean, unannotated copy of the standard, and one blank sheet shown to the camera on both sides. Accept these instructions on screen. The recording runs from this point to the end. The written part — first The paper has 3 sections of 5 questions: choose one answer in a multiple-choice question, and type your answer in the box for a written question. You may move between the questions of the written part. The time left is always shown, and the paper is submitted by itself when the time ends. Time: oral 30 minutes, written 90 minutes, 2 hours in all. The written part is recorded too: your camera with sound, and your whole screen, which you share before the paper opens. Sit it on a computer, not a phone. The body's examiners watch the recording afterwards, minute by minute, beside every time the page was left or text was pasted. The oral part — second It opens on the same link once the written part is handed in, and lasts half an hour from the moment you start it, for all the oral questions together. First record a short clip holding your identity document up to the camera, with your face in view, and say your full name. Every oral question is shown on screen. Answer each aloud, facing the camera, by recording it. You may move between the questions, answer in any order and record any answer again while the half hour lasts; the last recording of each question is kept. The body's marker watches the recordings afterwards and marks them against the bank's marking points. When the half hour ends, what you have recorded is handed in by itself. Not allowed Another person in the room, talking other than your oral answers, or leaving the camera's view. Phones, smart watches, earphones, books or notes other than what is allowed above. Opening any other tab, window or program, or copying anything from the screen. Any of these ends the examination and is treated under the Code of Conduct. If the connection drops Rejoin from the same link within 10 minutes. The invigilator decides whether you continue. If the interruption was not your fault and you cannot continue, the examination is rescheduled without a fee. There are no breaks; an emergency is told to the invigilator, and the time does not stop. Results Multiple-choice answers are marked the moment you submit; written and oral answers are marked by approved examiners. Pass mark: at least 70% in each part. You receive the result of each part within 5 working days, with the topics to strengthen if a part is not passed. The certificate is issued after the independent certification decision. You may appeal any result within 30 days through the portal. Prerequisites for Certification Form F 02-01 · Rev. 01 · 2026-10-20
Read and confirmed with the application. The figures follow the IPC management-system auditor scheme (IPC-PL-11-006) for the Auditor and Lead Auditor grades.
Education Secondary education completed at least, shown by the certificate. Shown by employer references, or by a signed self-declaration stating the work done and the positions held. Of these years, at least two in implementing, operating or auditing management systems.
